摘    要:目的 研究通窍活络化痰逐瘀汤对具有三高症状的缺血性脑卒中患者抗氧化能力的影响.方法 选择104 例典型的具有三高症状的缺血性脑卒中患者,以常规治疗为对照组,以通窍活络化痰逐瘀汤治疗为试验组,观察两组治疗前后患者的血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的水平.结果 与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗后NO、SOD 含量均显著升高(P 〈0.01),MDA 含量显著降低(P 〈0.01),tNOS 含量明显升高(P 〈0.05),iNOS 含量降低(P 〈0.05);试验组治疗后NO、SOD 较对照组明显升高(P 〈0.05),MDA 明显下降(P 〈0.05),而tNOS 无明显变化(P 〉0.05).结论 通窍活络化痰逐瘀汤能明显改变患者血清NO、tNOS、iNOS、SOD 和MDA 的含量,有助于对具有三高症状的缺血性脑卒中患者的治疗.

Effect of Tongqiao Huoluo Huatan Zhuyu Decoction on Antioxidant Capacity in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Tongqiao Huoluo Huatan Zhuyu decoction(THHZD) on antioxidant capacity inpatients with ischemic stroke.Method One hundred and four patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups:Treatment group treated by THHZD,and control group treated by routine treatment.The levels of serum malondialdehyde (MDA),su- peroxidase dismutatse (SOD),nitric oxide (NO) and NO synthase (NOS) were observed.Results After treatment,the contents of ser- um NO,SOD and tNOS were increased(P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01),while the contents of MDA and iNOS were decreased in two groups(P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01).The contents of serum NO and SOD in treatment group were higher than that in control group(P 〈0.05),while MDA content in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P 〈0.05).Conclusion THHZD could change the con- tents of serum NO,NOS,SOD and MDA in patients with ischemic stroke.It is helpful in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke.
