血清总胆汁酸在肝脏疾病诊断中的应用

目的探讨常见肝病中血清总胆汁酸（TBA）及4种肝酶的差异。方法 152例肝病患者为肝病组,128名健康志愿者为对照组。比较2组患者血清TBA、AST、ALT、γ‐谷氨酰转移酶（GGT）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）水平及其异常率。比较肝病组血清TBA与AST、ALT、GGT、ALP异常率。结果肝病组患者血清TBA、AST、ALT、GGT、ALP水平、异常率均明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。肝病组患者血清TBA异常率明显高于4种肝酶异常率（P〈0.05）。结论在急慢性肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌疾病中,TBA异常率高于4种肝酶指标,且对潜在性肝细胞损害有早期诊断价值。

Application of serum total bile acid in diagnosis of liver diseases

Objective To investigate the difference between serum total bile acid and four types of liver enzymes in diagnosis of common liver diseases. Methods 152 patients with liver diseases were assigned into the liver disease group and 128 healthy volunteers into the control group. Serum TBA,AST,ALT,GGT,ALP levels and abnormal rates were statistically compared between two groups. Furthermore,differences of abnormal rates between serum TBA and AST,ALT,GGT,ALP in liver disease group were compared. Results In the liver disease group,serum levels and abnormal rates of TBA,AST,ALT,GGT and ALP were significantly higher compared with those in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. In addition,the abnormal rate of serum TBA was significantly higher than those of four types of liver enzymes（ P〈0. 05） in liver disease group. Conclusion In acute and chronic hepatitis,liver cirrhosis and liver cancer,the abnormal rate of total bile acid was higher than those of four types of liver enzymes and it had early diagnostic value for potential liver cell damages.
