温阳活血方干预冠脉慢血流的临床疗效研究

目的 观察温阳活血方干预对冠脉慢血流患者的临床疗效.方法 60 例冠脉造影诊断为冠脉慢血流患者,中医辨证阳虚血瘀证.随机分为对照组（30 例,常规治疗）和治疗组（30 例,常规治疗加温阳活血方治疗）.治疗1 个月,观察患者的生化指标,中医证候、心绞痛改善情况.结果 治疗组和对照组治疗前后-氧化氮（NO）、内皮素（ET）、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）和P-选择素均有统计学意义（P 〈0.01）;与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组NO 差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.01）.两组治疗前后中医证候总积分差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.01）;与对照组比较,治疗组中医证候总积分有统计学意义（P 〈0.01）.治疗组总有效率96.7%,对照组为86.9%（P 〈0.01）.治疗组和对照组治疗前后心绞痛发作次数、持续时间和硝酸甘油用量均有显著性下降（P 〈0.05）.结论 温阳活血方可提高冠脉慢血流患者的临床疗效,推测是通过改善患者的血管内皮功能而发挥作用的.

Clinical Observation on Wenyang Huoxue Decoction for Treatment of Coronary Slow Flow

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Huoxue decoction （WHD）for treatment of coronary slow flow. Methods Sixty patients diagnosed coronary slow flow by coronary angiography,and yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome byTCM,were randomly divided into two groups：The control group （n =30）treated by routine treatment,and the treatment group（n =30）treated by routine treatment plus WHD for one month.Biochemical indexes,TCM symptom complex and angina improvementwere observed.Results There were very significant improvement of endothelin（ET）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglycerine（TG）,lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL C）and P selectin after treatment than before in the control and the treatment group（P 〈0.01）. There was significant improvement of nitric oxide（NO）after treatment than before in the treatment group（P 〈0.01）.There was sig- nificant improvement of NO in the treatment group than in the control（P 〈0.01）.There was significant improvement of total score ofTCM symptom complex after treatment in two groups（P 〈0.01）.There was very significant improvement of total score of TCMsymptom complex after treatment in the control than in the treatment group（P 〈0.01）.The total clinical effective rate were 96.7%in the treatment group and 86.9% in the control group（P 〈0.01）.There was significant decrease of attack frequency,duration,andnitroglycerine dose of angina in two groups（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion WHD could improve clinical effec in patients with coronary slowflow,it was suggested that which could improve vascular endothelial function.
