| 摘 要： | 为验证通络止痛膏治疗腰椎骨性关节炎的临床疗效，用鹿香壮骨膏作对照，按中药新药审批办法，对210例中医辨证为血瘀寒湿阻络型的患者进行治疗观察。结果显示通络止痛膏治疗组疗效优于麝香壮骨膏对照组，尤其在改善疼痛，功能障碍、压痛等症状和体征方面，两者效果有显著性差异（P＜0．01），表明通络止痛膏明治疗腰椎骨性关节炎的良方，疗效优于麝香壮骨膏。 |

A CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON THE TREATMENT OF LUMBAR OSTEOARTHRITIS BY |

| Abstract: | To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect, indicators, safetyand attentions of “TONGLUO ZHITONG GAO”(TZG) on lumbar osteoarthritis. Methods: According to the approval method Chinese drugs, compare the clinical effect of TZG and “SHEXIANG ZHUANGGU GAO”(SZG) on lumbar osteoarthritis(210 cases) whose symptoms and signs were blood stasis, stagnation of Qi and collateral branch of the large channel. Results: The therapeutic effect of TZG was superior to that of SZG, and they had a significant difference in improvement of some symptoms and signs such as pains, dysfunction and tenderness. Conclusion: TZG had no toxic and side effect, is a kind of fairly good drug in treating lumbar osteoarthritis. |
