米索前列醇舌下含服预防选择性剖宫产术后出血的临床研究

目的:观察米索前列醇舌下含服预防选择性剖宫产后出血的效果。方法:将104例选择性剖宫产者随机分为米索前列醇组及催产素组。米索前列醇组54例,术中横切子宫下段时含服米索前列醇200μg。催产素组50例,胎儿娩出后宫体肌肉注射催产素20Iu。测量以上两组术中及术后2h内出血量。结果:术中及术后2h内平均出血量:米索前列醇组为241±93.4mL,催产素组为350±54.2mL。米索前列醇组与催产素组比较,差异具有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:米索前列醇促进子宫收缩强于催产素,能有效地预防选择性剖宫产术后出血,安全、可靠。

Clinical Observation of Misoprostol Effect after Sublingual Administration on Preventing Postpartum Hemorrhage in Selective Cesarean Section

Objective: To observe the effect of misoprostol after sublingual administration on preventing postpar-tum hemorrhage in selective cesarean section. Methods: The 104 pregnant women were randomly seperated into misoprostol group and oxytocin'group. In misoprostol group (n= 54) : They were given 200μg misoproslol sublin-gually during the operation of transversing lower uterine segment. In oxytocin group ( n=50) : The body of uterus was injected 20 Iu oxytocin after fetus Labor. Measure the amount of bleeding of the two groups respctively in postcesarean and intracesarean in two hours. Results : The average amount of bleeding of the two groups respectively were 241 ±93.4mL and 350±54.2mL. There were significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion:Compared to oxgtocin. Misoprostol was more effective and safety to improve uterine contraction and to prevent postpartum hemorrhage in selective cesarean section.
