| 摘 要： | 目的总结CT引导下^125I放射性粒子植入治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的护理方法与经验。方法对21例行CT引导下^125I放射性粒子植入治疗的患者进行全面的护理,包括术前的心理护理、物品的准备,术中配合,术后并发症的护理和放射防护。结果所有患者能够积极配合治疗和护理,手术成功。患者、家属及医务人员均无手术相关疾病。结论CT引导下^125I放射性粒子植入治疗中晚期肝癌安全、可靠,通过及时有效的护理措施可确保治疗成功。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the nursing care and experience of radioactive ^125I particles implantation in patients with advanced liver cancer by CT guiding.Methods Nursing care to 21 patients with advanced liver cancer on the treatment of radioactive 125I particles implantation by CT guiding were taken,including pre-operation mental nursing,item preparation,operational cooperation,complication care and radiative safety.Results All the operations were succeeded to the patients under combinational treatment and nursing care.There were no operational related disease in staff,patients and their dependents.Conclusions Radioactive ^125I particles implantation in patients with advanced liver cancer by CT guiding was safe and effective.Nursing care and in time was able to assure succeed of the treatment. |
