低分子肝素钙与氨溴索联合吸入治疗AECOPD的临床研究

目的探讨低分子肝素钙与氨溴索联合吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期（AECOPD）的疗效。方法 AE-COPD病人75例,随机分为治疗组45例,对照组30例,两组病人均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用低分子肝素钙联合氨溴索吸入治疗。观察治疗前后以及组间临床症状、各项指标的变化。结果两组临床症状评分、平均住院日、血清C反应蛋白比较有显著性差异（P均〈0.05）,血气分析、肺功能指标同组内治疗前后比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,两组间比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论低分子肝素钙与氨溴索联合吸入治疗AECOPD,临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Clinical research of low molecular weight heparin combined with inhaled ambroxol in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To explore the application and efficacy of the low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with ambroxol in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）.Methods Seventy-five patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=45）and control group（n=30）.The patients of the two groups were treated with conventional therapy.In the treatment group,the low molecular weight heparin calcium and ambroxol were added in the therapy.The changes in the indicators and clinical symptoms were observed between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results Compared with the control group,there was significant difference in the clinical symptom score,the average days of hospital stay,the serum C-reactive protein（all P〈0.05）.Compared in the same group before and after the treatment,there was significant difference in blood gas analysis and lung function（P〈0.05）in the treatment group（P〈0.01）,and there was significant difference in blood gas analysis and lung function between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect is exact in the treatment of AECOPD with low-molecular-weight heparin and inhalation ambroxol,so it is worthy to spread widely.
