摘 要: | 摘要:目的 对不同性别人群的血浆N 糖基结构谱型进行分析比较,为基础人群N 糖基结构的分布提供 科学依据。方法 采用整群抽样,以2009年4~7月在北京某社区调查的212名居民为研究对象,基于高 效液相色谱法进行血浆糖基组检测。不同性别的糖基含量比较采用两独立样本狋检验或非参检验,犘<0.05 为差异有统计学意义。结果 212名研究对象的平均年龄为(37.78±17.89) 岁,性别比为0.88。半乳糖 基化修饰水平,男性双触角非半乳糖聚糖水平略高(犣=2.33,犘=0.02), 女性单半乳糖聚糖水平较高 (狋=-2.06,犘=0.04)。岩藻糖基化分析显示,女性核心岩藻糖化聚糖水平略高(狋= -2.16,犘=0.03)。 唾液酸糖基化水平中,女性单唾液酸糖基化水平较高(狋=-2.43,犘=0.02),男性二唾液酸糖基化水平较 高(狋=2.11,犘=0.04)。结论 血浆N 糖基结构水平可能存在性别决定性。 关键词:蛋白质N 糖基化修饰;性别;高效液相色谱 中图分类号:R195 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1009 6639 (2014)06 0566 05

Abstract: | Objective To analyze and compare the structure profiles of plasma N-glycosylation between two genders in order to provide scientific basis for the distribution of N-glycosylation. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 212 residents from a community in Beijing.Blood samples were collected and plasma N-glycans were identified by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). ResultsThe average age of subjects was 37.78±17.89 years with the sex ratio of 0.88.The levels of galactosylation,fucosylation and Sialic glycosylation of N-glycans were all significantly different between male and female subjects(P〈0.05),with more monogalactosylated glycans,core-fucosylated glycans and monosialo in women,and more biantennary non-galactosylated glycans and disialo in men. Conclusions The plasma N-glycome profile is gender dependent,therefore,it is very important to consider this difference when the glycome markers are to be developed. |
