多器官功能障碍综合症床边CRRT监护护理

目的探讨床边连续性肾脏代替治疗（CRRT）监护应用于多功能障碍综合症（MODS）的诊疗效果。方法随机选取来我院进行治疗的MODS患者30例,并采用CRRT进行辅助治疗,同时应密切观察患者的生命体征变化情况,记录中心静脉压,分别测定患者治疗前后肾功能、电解质、心率、血压等指标变化情况,最后分析其结果。结果经分析得知,治疗前后患者的肾功能有明显改善迹象,而血压及心率变化不大,电解质在治疗后恢复到正常范围值。30例患者中,治愈11例（36.7%）,死亡19例（63.3%）。结论采用床边连续性肾脏代替治疗的方法对患有多器官功能障碍综合症的患者有较好的治疗效果,可在一定程度上改善患者的氮质血症指标及综合治疗效果。

Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome Bedside Nursing Care CRRT

Objective To investigate the bedside continuous renal replacement therapy（CRRT）monitoring used in multi dysfunction syndrome（MODS）in the clinical results.Methods A randomly selected for treatment in our hospital 30 patients with MODS,and use CRRT for care,and patients should be closely observed changes in vital signs,recording central venous pressure were measured before and after treatment in patients with renal function,electrolytes,heart rate,blood pressure changes in other indicators,the final analysis the results.Results The analysis showed that renal function before and after treatment in patients with significant signs of improvement,but little change in blood pressure and heart rate,electrolyte after treatment returned to normal range.30 patients were cured in 11 cases（36.7%）,19 patients died（63.3%）.Conclusion Continuous renal replacement therapy bedside method for people with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome patients have good therapeutic effect may be to some extent,improve the patient＇s azotemia indicators and treatment.
