| 摘 要： | 目的了解深圳劳务工幽门螺旋杆菌感染的情况，探讨幽门螺旋杆菌感染的相关因素。方法采用随机抽样方法抽取在深圳市宝安区福永人民医院进行^14C-尿素呼气试验检测Hp的门诊及住院劳务工，用^14C-尿素呼气试验机检测Hp并进行问卷调查，确定Hp感染情况。结果2680例调查者中，幽门螺旋杆菌感染率为67．91％，但性别间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），不同年龄组Hp感染情况不同，深圳劳务工Hp感染率以35～45岁最高。结论深圳劳务工Hp感染率比平均感染率高，可能与饮食卫生、居住条件、卫生条件及卫生习惯有关。
