超声弹性成像对良、恶性乳腺肿瘤诊断的临床价值

目的探讨超声弹性成像对良、恶性乳腺肿瘤诊断的临床应用价值。方法根据触诊及病理诊断将患者分为良性组和恶性组，所有患者进行超声弹性成像诊断并记录硬度分数和面积。结果良性组肿瘤硬度评分均在3分以下，1、2、3分的比例分别为41．18％、44．12％、14．70％；恶性组肿瘤评分均为2分以上，2、3、4、5分的比例分别为3．57％、10．71％、39．29％、46．43％；两组肿瘤同等级评分硬度的病例比例经统计学比较具有显著差异（P〈0．05）；良性组患者的平均病灶面积为（1．02±1．03）cm^2，恶性组患者平均病灶面积为（2．36±1．52）cm^2，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论超声弹性成像对乳腺实质性肿瘤的定性诊断具有积极意义，肿瘤硬度的检测能有效提高良恶性肿瘤的诊断准确率。

Clinical Value of Ultrasonic Elastography for Benign and Malignant Breast Tumors

Objective To discuss the clinical value of ultrasonic elastography for benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods To separate the patients in benign group and malignant group according to the results of palpation and pathology. All patients were diagnosed by ultrasound elastography and recorded hardness scores and area. Results Hardness scores of benign group were less than 3 points, the rate of l, 2 and 3 point were respectively 41.18%, 44.12% and 14.70%, and hardness scores of malignant group were more than 2 points, the rate of 2, 3, 4 and 5 point were respectively 3.57%, 10.71%, 39.29% and 46.43% （P 〈 0.05 ）. The average lesion area of benign group was （ 1.02 ± 1.03 ） cm^2, and the average lesion area of malignant group was （ 2.36 ± 1.52 ） cm^2 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The ultrasonic elastography had positive significance in diagnosing benign and malignant breast tumors. Tumor hardness detection could improve the diagnostic accuracy of malignant breast tumor.
