宁波公交汽车131例驾驶员心理健康状况的调查与分析

目的了解目前宁波市城区公交汽车驾驶员心理健康状况，以便采取措施保护其身心健康。方法使用症状自评量表（SCL一90）对131名宁波市城区公交驾驶员的心理健康状况进行测查，并与国内常模相比较。结果131名公交驾驶员在SCL一90中各因子得分均高于国内常模组（P〈0．05或P〈O．01）；并且驾龄≥3年者，在恐怖和精神病性因子得分上低于驾龄〈3年者，但躯体不适评分明显高于驾龄〈3年者，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．01）。结论目前宁波市城区公交汽车驾驶员心理健康存在障碍，尤其是躯体不适症状发生率较高，应积极加强心理干预。

The Psychological Investigation and Analysis of Bus Drivers in Ningbo

Objective To explore psychological level and main health-related problems of bus drivers in NingBo, as to adopt some measures to promote their health. Methods 131 drivers were tested with SCL-90. The results were compared with the norms of normal Chinese. Results The factorial score of all issues were significantly higher than that of the norms of normal Chinese （ P 〈 0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. And the factorial score of phobia and schizophrenia in the group（ drive age less than 3 years ） were higher than the group（ drive age less than 3 years ）, however in somatization, the factorial score was lower （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The psychological health of bus drivers in Ningbo city is unsatisfaatory, especially in somatization. It is necessary to adopt active measures to protect the health of them.
