| 摘 要： | 目的对尿液干化学法与尿沉渣镜检法白细胞结果进行比较,以对白细胞进行最准确的检测。方法通过尿液干化学分析法与尿沉渣镜检法,对1000份尿标本进行检测。结果尿液分析仪阴性的结果中镜检法阳性达4.23%,而镜检白细胞阴性时尿分析仪结果阳性占14.1%。结论两者不呈正比关系,尿液干化学分析法不能完全替代镜检法对尿液白细胞进行检测。

| Abstract: | Objective On urine dry chemistry method and orine leukocytes results are compared to the white blood cells are the most accurate detection.Methods Through urine dry chemical analysis and orine,On 1000 urine specimens for testing.Results Urine Analyzer-negative results for microscopic examination-positive 4.23%,and microscopic examination of urine Analyzer when negative result-positive14.1%.Concluslon There is not a proportional relationship,urine dry chemical analysis does not completely replace the microscopic examination of urine blood for testing. |
