| 摘 要： | 为探讨直肠癌miles术腹膜外隧道结肠造口的疗效,回顾分析38例行该术式治疗的患者的资料。结果显示,98例患者均顺利完成手术,术后未发生肠管脱出,回缩,无坏死出血,造口周围感染,造口狭窄,内疝等并发症和后遗症。结果表明,直肠下段恶性肿瘤行miles术腹膜外隧道结肠造口简单易行,并发症少,效果满意。

| Abstract: | For the objective of investigating therapeutic effect of extraperitioneal tunnel colostomy following miles radical treatment of rectal cancer authors analysed the data of 98 cases,who had received the procedure.Asresults,the operation on them were smoothly performed;after the operation r nocomplication and sequel as colonicstoma intestinaltract prolapse and being intestinal tract etraction,necrosis result show thatextraperitoneal tunnel colostomy following radical treatment ofmiles operation for inferior segment malignant tumor of rectum is of simple manipulation less complication,satisfactory outcome. |
