米索前列醇配伍消炎痛栓加局麻用于人工流产的镇痛效果观察

目的探讨米索前列醇配伍消炎痛栓加局麻用于人工流产的镇痛效果。方法自愿终止妊娠的孕妇200例随机分为观察组和对照组各100例，观察组予米索前列醇配伍消炎痛栓，对照组予米索前列醇，两组术中均予2％利多卡因5mL宫颈注射，观察疼痛、宫颈松弛程度、人流综合征、出血量等副反应及并发症。结果观察组镇痛效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）；人流综合征、宫颈松弛程度、出血量等副反应及并发症两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论米索前列醇配伍消炎痛栓加局麻用于人工流产术不失为一种安全、简便、有效的镇痛方法。

Clinical Observation of Indomethacin and Misoprostal with Local Infiltration Anesthesia on Induced Abortion Analgesia

Objective To observe the efficacy of indomethacin and misoprosta local infiltration anesthesia on induced abortion analgesia. Methods 200 women were chosen who asked for artical abortion and were divided into two groups： the observation group and control group （ n=100 ）. The observation group were given indomethacin and misoprosta, the control group were given misoprosta, both were given 2% lidocaine 5mL cervical block.Then the blood loss and side effects were observed. Results The analgesia effect of the observation group was much better than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Then the blood loss and side effects of the two groups had no much difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Indomethacin and misoprosta with local infiltration anesthesia on Induced abortion analgesia is safe easy and effective.
