| 摘 要： | 目的观察慢性肾衰竭患者骨密度（BMD）值的变化。方法采用双能X线骨密度测定的方法，测定70例慢性肾衰竭患者以及70例健康对照者的腰椎、双侧髋关节以及左右前臂BMD值，并进行比较分析。结果慢性肾衰竭患者BMD测定值明显低于正常对照组（P〈0．05），且随着慢性肾衰竭病情的进展，骨密度呈下降趋势。患者前臂骨密度减少或骨质疏松程度严重出现时间早。结论慢性肾衰竭患者的骨密度显著低于同年龄段正常健康对照组水平，其骨量减少的程度及骨质疏松发生的原因与肾衰竭的严重程度有关。慢性肾衰竭患者的前臂骨密度减少或疏松程度较其他部位严重的时间出现较早。
