| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胰腺导管内乳头状黏液肿瘤的CT表现，分析其诊断要点。方法回顾性分析3例经手术切除并经病理学证实的胰腺导管内乳头状黏液肿瘤的临床、CT资料。结果①主胰管型2例，CT主要表现为葡萄串样囊性病变，其间可见分隔，增强后囊性区域无强化，囊壁和分隔可强化。②混合型1例，胰腺呈低密度改变。结论胰腺导管内乳头状黏液肿瘤有相对特征性的影像学表现，CT对其诊断有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore pancreas intraductal papillary mucous cancer CT, analysis the diagnosis points.Methods 3 cases were retrospectively analyzed by resection and approved by pathology confirmed pancreas intraductal papillary mucous cancer clinicai, CT material. Results ① The main type of the pancreatic duct in 2 cases, CT mainly for cluster sample cystic lesion, meantime visible space, cystic area enhanced without strengthening, bursa wall and space can be improved. ②Mixed in 1 case, a low density change the pancreas. Coltclusion Pancreas intraductal papillary mucous to the diagnosis. cancer have relatively distinctive imaging examinations, CT is valuable |
