中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡（ROU）的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,口服雷公藤总苷,维生素B2和维生素C片。治疗组在此基础上加用＂益气养阴,清热化湿＂的中药方剂。结果治疗组的总有效率为96%,明显高于对照组84%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组复发情况比较,治疗组的3、6、9、12个月的复发率均明显低于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效可靠,能明显减少患者复发的次数和程度,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objeceive Obserration of Intergrated.Traditional and Werstern treatment of recurrent oral ulcers（ROU） the slinieal efficasy.Methods 100 patients were randomly divied into treatment group and control group,control group treated with conventional westcrn medicine,oral Tripterygium total glycosides,vitamin Bz and vitamin Ctablets.The treatment greup was bused on the wse,Qi and yin,clearing heat and dampness,the Chinese proprietary.Results Treatmment group 96% of the total effeceive rate was significantly higher than 84%,the difference the siffetene was statistically signifisant（P0.05）.Recurrene compared the two groups,treament group 3 months,6 months,9 months,12 months,the recurrene rate was signifisantly lower than control group.Conclusion Integrated Traditional and western treatment of recurrent oral ulcetand reliable,can significantly redue the number and extent of relapse,and noubvious side effectsand is worthy of promotion.
