汉族与哈萨克族妊娠高血压疾病发病情况的对比分析

目的探讨妊娠高血压疾病发生的相关因素。方法回顾性分析我院2006年12月～2010年11月分娩的3412例产妇的临床资料，其中汉族1320例，哈族563例，对两组资料的妊娠高血压、子痫前期轻度、子痫前期重度、子痫及贫血情况进行了统计学分析。结果汉、哈两族妊高征发生率分别为10．8％和23.3％；哈族明显高于汉族，有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；妊娠合并贫血的发生率分别为26．1％和30．4％，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论妊娠高血压疾病的发生除了与贫血有关以外，其中饮食习惯不同也是导致哈萨克族妊高征发生率高于汉族的重要因素。正常合理的饮食习惯是降低妊娠高血压疾病发生的有效途径。

Comparative Analysis Han and Kazak Pregnancy-induced Hypertension Disease Incidence

Objective To investigate the occurrence of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy related factors. Methods Retrospective analysis of this group in our hospital of the 3412 cases, accounted for 1320 cases of birth Han, Kazak parturition was 563 cases, two sets of data on pregnancy-induced hypertension, sub-mild preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia, eclampsia and anemia were statistically analyzed in December 2006 and November 2010. Results The incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension between Han, Kazakh two communities were 10.8% and 23.3%.There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Anemia and pregnancy rates were 26.1% and 30.4%. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The incidence of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy in addition to other related anemia, in which different dietary habits also contribute to the high incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension important factor in Han and Kazakh, normal and reasonable eating habits is to reduce the incidence of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy effective way.
