| 摘 要： | 目的观察茵陈五苓散对脂肪性肝纤维化小鼠的保护作用。方法通过复合因素造成小鼠慢性脂肪性肝纤维化病理模型，观察茵陈五苓散对肝纤维化小鼠肝脾指数、血清ALT、AST水平及HA、PCIU、LN、IV—C含量的影响。结果茵陈五苓散各剂量组均能降低脂肪性肝纤维化小鼠肝脾指数、血清ALT、AST水平及HA、PC11I、LN、IV-C含量，与模型组比较，高、中剂量组差异显著（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论茵陈五苓散对复合因素致小鼠慢性脂肪性肝纤维化具有一定的保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the protective effects of Yinchenwuling powder on fatty hepatic fibrosis in mice. Methods Fatty hepatic fibrosis model was made by multiplex factors in mice. The liver weight index, the spleen weight index, the levels of ALT, AST, HA, PC Ⅲ, LN and IV -C in serum of mice were measured. Results All dose groups of Yinchenwulingsan could decreased the liver weight index, the spleen weight index, the levels of ALT, AST, HA, PC III, LN and 1V -C in serum. Compared with model control group, high and moderate dose groups significantly decreased （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）.Conclusion Yinchenwuling powder has protective effect on fatty hepatic fibrosis in mice induced by multiplex factors. |
