| 摘 要： | 目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年原发性高血压的疗效及其作用机制与临床意义。方法选取我院2009年1月一2011年1月收治的120例老年高血压患者，随机分为观察组与对照组各60例，观察组应用厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗，对照组予口服缬沙坦进行治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果观察组治疗后血压降低明显低于对照组，两组治疗后观察组的疗效明显优于对照组，且不良反应少。结论厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年原发性高血压疗效明显，不良反应少，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the combined irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in elderly patients with essential hypertension and its mechanism and clinical significance. Methods 120 elderly patients treated hypertensive patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, 60 patients in the observation group application hydrochlorothiazide irbesartan treatment combined treatment, the control group received hydrochlorothiazide treatment, observed changes in blood pressure after treatment, and to compare differences in the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results After treatment, blood pressure was significantly lower than control group after treatment group significantly better than the control group, and adverse reactions. Conclusion Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide United elderly patients with essential hypertension was significantly less adverse reaction and is worthy of promotion. |
