| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在西药吸入型激素治疗基础上应用穴位贴敷控制哮喘患儿的复发率，及改善细胞的免疫功能。方法54例哮喘息儿随机分为单纯吸入型激素组，以及在西药吸入型激素治疗基础上加用夏季穴位贴敷治疗组，比较两组的临床疗效及免疫功能的变化。结果西药吸人型激素治疗基础上加用夏季穴位贴敷治疗组在临床疗效及改善细胞免疫功能方面优于单纯吸入型激素组（P〈0．05）。结论穴位贴敷联合激素吸人能提高支气管哮喘患儿机体免疫力、降低气道高反应、控制哮喘复发率。
