赛莱乐治疗急性脑梗死临床研究

目的 研究赛莱乐（丁咯地尔）治疗急性脑梗死疗效。方法 随机选择颈内动脉系统急性脑梗死患者30例为治疗组静滴赛莱乐200mg,30例为对照组静滴706代血浆、丹参40ml，每天1次，持续2周，治疗组患者治疗前后做血液流变学、纤维蛋白原检查。结果 赛莱乐治疗后神经功能缺损积分减少及生活能力等级较治疗前有显著性差异（P＜0．01），与对照组相比有显著性差异（P＜0．01），血液粘度及血小板聚集率下降（P＜0．01），而血浆粘度及纤维蛋白原无明显变化。结论 赛莱乐是治疗急性脑梗死的一种安全有效的药物。

Clinical observations of Sailaile(Buflomedil hydrochloride) on treatment of acute cerebral infarct

Objective To study the effect of Sailaile(Buflomedil hydrochloride) on acute cerebral infarct. Methods Thirty patients with acute cerebral infarct in internal carotid artery were selected randomly and treated with Sailaile of 200mg for intravenous drip. Thirty patients were selected as control subjects and treated with hydroxyethylstarch of 500ml and Labiatae of 40ml for intravenous drip. The treatment for both groups was a fourteen day course of one dose a day. Patients of Sailaile treated group were tested for hemorrheology and fibrinogen. Results After the treatment with Sailaile,the dysfunction of nervous system and the living ability of the patients had been improved significantly(P<0.01),and the viscosity of whole blood and the platelet aggregation rate had decreased(P<0.01),there was no obvious difference of changes in viscosity of blood plasm and fibrinogen. There was significant difference in the therapeatic effect compaired with the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Sailaile has a good and safe therapeatic effect on treating acute cerebral infarct.
