| 摘 要： | 报道脑细胞活性因子（ＣＣＡＦ）治疗８４例急性脑血管病的临床效果，并与脑活素治疗组及对照组比较；ＣＣＡＦ治疗组８４例（脑出血３４例，脑梗塞５０例）；脑活素治疗组４４例（脑出血１７例，脑梗塞２７例）；对照组５０例（脑出血２２例，脑梗塞２８例）。ＣＣＡＦ和脑活素治疗组的基础治疗与对照组相同。结果显示ＣＣＡＦ治疗组总有效率为８０．７６％，高于脑活素治疗组的６０．３０％（Ｐ＜０．０５），更优于对照组的５５．３５％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＣＣＡＦ使用过程中未见副作用和明显不良反应，治疗急性脑血管病疗效显著

| Abstract: | This paper reports the clinical effect of 84 cases of on cerebral cell active factors (CCAF) on acute cerebrovascular diseases (34 cases of cerebral hemorrhage,50 cases of cerebral infarction),in comparison with that of cerebrolysin on 44 cases (17 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, 27 cases of cerebral infarction)treated and 50 cases (22 caese of cerebral hemorrhage, 28 cases of cerebral infarction). The basic therapy of CCAF and cerebrolysin groups was the same as that of the control group. The results indicated that the total effective rate of CCAF group was 80.76%, superior to that of the cerebrolysin group which was 60.30% ( P <0 05),and that of the control group which was 55.35% ( P <0 01).No side effect nor harmful reaction in the course of CCAF application was found. CCAF has marked therapeutic effect on acute cerebrovascular diseases. |
