| 摘 要： | 目的观察射干合剂治疗小儿咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将170例咳嗽患儿随机分为治疗组120例和对照组50例,分别用射干合剂和小儿止咳化痰糖浆治疗,疗程3至6天。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为56%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论射干合剂治疗小儿咳嗽优于小儿止咳化痰糖浆。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of "Shegan Mixture" in treating cough in children and to find the pharmaceutical effect of it. Method 170 children with cough were assigned into two groups at random. 120 children were treated with the Mixture (treatment group) and 50 patients were given pectoral syrup(control group). The therapeutic effect was observed between these two groups. Results The total effective rate was 96.7% in treatment group and 56% in control group (P < 0.001).Conclusion "Shegan Mixture" is effective in treating childhood cough. |
