儿童肺炎支原体感染与IgE水平的相关性研究

目的:探讨肺炎支原体感染与血清IgE的相关性。方法:采用放射免疫法对89例肺炎支原体感染患儿在治疗前及治疗后恢复期进行血清IgE水平测定,并对非肺炎支原体感染不伴有喘息的呼吸道感染患儿58例及正常对照组儿童50例检测血中IgE水平。结果:肺炎支原体感染患儿血清IgE水平较正常对照组儿童和普通呼吸道感染患儿IgE水平均有显著升高(P<0.01),肺炎支原体感染患儿治疗前及治疗后恢复期其血清IgE水平比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),肺炎支原体感染患儿恢复期血清IgE水平与正常对照组儿童及非支原体感染患儿血清IgE水平比较差异无显著性意义。结论:肺炎支原体感染时血清IgE水平升高,且与肺炎支原体感染引起的慢性咳嗽存在一定关系。

Research of serum IgE in mycoplasma pneumoniae infected children

Objective:To discuss the relevance of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and serum IgE.Methods:Serum IgM level was detected in 89 mycoplasma pneumoniae patients before trentment and after recovery and respiratory infection patients,58 of non-mycoplasma pneumoniae infection non-pneumonia mycoplasma with asthma and 50 controls by radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results:The serum IgE of mycoplasma pneumoniae patients was significantly elevated than that of controls(P<0.01) and that of non mycoplasma pneumoniae infection(P<0.01)and before trentment compared to that after recovery.There was no significant difference between mycoplasma pneumoniae patients before trentment and controls(P>0.05) and non mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and controls(P>0.05).Conclusion:Serum IgM is elevated and correlative to chronic cough during mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.
