腹膜透析患者应用ACEI后对EPO疗效观察

目的探讨终末期肾脏病行腹膜透析(PD)后的患者在服用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)之后对促红细胞生成素(EPO)的疗效。方法选择26例PD患者分成A、B、C、D4组。分为接受EPO治疗及ACEI治疗组及不接受EPO及ACEI治疗组，观察治疗前后血清EPO浓度、红细胞压积(HCT)及血红蛋白(HB)的变化。结果A、B、C3组患者试验前后血清EPO浓度、HB及HCT无明显变化(P＞0.05)，D组患者血清EPO浓度、HB及HCT试验前后有明显差异(P＜0.05)。结论终末期肾脏病患者行PD后，服用ACEI对丧失大部分EPO分泌功能的患者不影响外源性EPO的疗效，但对保留有部分分泌EPO功能的患者，则可使血清EPO水平下降。

Trial of curative effect on erythropoietin in the peritoneal dialysis patients applied with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor

Objective　To investigate the effect on erythropoietin (EPO)of the peritoneal dialysis (PD)patients in the end-stage reneal disease(ESRD)applied with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI).Methods　Twenty-six peritoneal dialysis patients were divided into four groups(A、B、C、D)and were separately accepted the treatment of erythropoietin and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,separately not accepted the treatment.Serum erythropoietin level,hematocrit(HCT)and hemoglobin(HB)were studied.Result　To serum erythropoietin level,hematocrit and hemoglobin,there is no distinct changes in groups A、B and C (P＞0.05).On the other hand,those in group D was significantly various (P＜0.05).Conclusion　To peritoneal dialysis in end-stage reneal disease applied with agiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,there was no effect on the exotic erythropoietin to those who lost most of their function of secrete erythropoietion and it decreased the serum erythropoietin level to those who kept part function.
