| 摘 要： | 目的观察慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清CA125水平与心功能之间的关系。方法对75例慢性CHF患者按纽约心功能分级分组，另选正常对照20例，用酶联免疫法测定血清CA125水平，并通过超声心动图测定左室内径及射血分数。结果慢性CHF患者血清CA125水平高于对照组(11.16±6.84，P<0.05)。其升高水平与心功能恶化程度呈正相关，心功能Ⅱ级为30.52±8.26，Ⅲ级为52.84±20.01，Ⅳ级为207.4±110.4，各组间比较有非常显著的差异(P<0.001)。CHF患者左室正常组和左室增大组血清CA125水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。左室增大组(179.64±120.25)显著高于左室正常组(36.00±42.02，P<0.001)。结论慢性CHF患者血清CA125水平升高。后者可作为判断心功能恶化的一项指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to study the clinical correlation between serum CA125 level and heart function in patients with chronic congestion heart failure(CHF).Methods:Left ventricular diameters and left ventricular ejection fractions were measured by echocardiography and serum CA125 levels were tested by enzyme immunometric assay in 75 patients with chronic CHF and 20 healthy control subjects.Results:The serum CA125 levels significantly increased in patients with chronic CHF than those in control subjects( P <0 05).The increase of serum CA125 level was positively correlated with the severity of CHF and enlargement of left ventricular diameter.Conclusion:The serum CA125 levels rise in patients with chronic CHF. |
