长骨骨端恶性骨肿瘤X线表现

目的探讨长骨骨端恶性骨肿瘤的X线表现及X线诊断价值。方法收集22例经临床手术或穿刺活检及病理证实的长骨骨端恶性骨肿瘤的X线影像资料,并进行回顾分析、讨论。结果本组资料显示,骨转移瘤的主要X线表现是溶骨性破坏;而原发性恶性骨肿瘤除骨质破坏外,尚可见瘤骨和骨膜反应。本组X线片可明确诊断13例,5例考虑为恶性骨肿瘤,但不能确定其组织来源,1例考虑为生长活跃,1例误诊为良性骨肿瘤,2例误诊为急性骨髓炎。结论目前,X线平片仍然是长骨骨端恶性骨肿瘤的主要检查和诊断方法,CT及MRI影像对显示肿瘤内部表现及软组织改变优于X线片。

X-ray Manifestation of Malignant Long Bone Tumor

Objective To explore malignant bone tumor X-ray of the long bones,and X-ray diagnosis value. Methods Collect 22 cases by clinical surgery or biopsy and pathology confirmed the end of the long bone of malignant bone tumor X-ray image data ,then carry out retrospectively analysis and discussion. Results The major X-ray findings was osteolytic destruction; primary malignant bone tumor among bone damage,still visible tumor of bone and periosteal reaction. X-ray film could be clearly diagnosed in 13 cases,5 cases of malignant bone tumors to consider,but can not determine the source of their organization,and 1 case to consider the growth of active,1 case misdiagnosed as benign bone tumors,2 cases misdiagnosed as acute osteomyelitis. Conclusion At present,X-ray film should be still a long bone-side primary malignant bone tumor screening and diagnostic methods,CT and MRI of the tumor within the soft tissue changes in performance and is superior to X-ray film.
