某钢铁厂工人健康状况分析

目的通过体检了解某钢铁厂不锈钢冷轧厂工人的健康状况，为职业病的防治提供基础资料。方法以某钢铁公司原材料库和技术中心的工人为对照，对该公司冷轧厂455名男性在岗职工进行职业史采集和健康检查。体检项目包括：血压测量，内、外科常规项目检查，胸部x线和腹部B超，耳鼻喉及口腔科常规检查（包括听力、肺功能测定等）以及实验室检查等。结果冷轧厂工人听力异常、心电图异常和耳鼻喉及口腔科异常的检出率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。而且随着作业工龄的延长，听力异常和耳鼻喉及口腔科异常的检出率逐渐增加，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论冷轧厂工人心电图、听力和耳鼻喉及口腔科方面的异常检出率较高，应加强有关方面的防护
