妊娠期蛋白尿不仅是子痫前期

蛋白尿作为预测肾脏损害指标之一,可出现在子痫前期、妊娠期肾病综合征、妊娠合并系统性红斑狼疮等多种疾病中。而妊娠过程中,肾脏负荷加重,无肾脏病史、隐匿性肾功能不良或原有肾脏疾病的孕妇均可发生急性肾损伤,严重影响母婴结局,需及早明确诊断并治疗。
