盆腔炎性疾病后遗症中医药治疗文献分析

[目的]阐述并概括近几年来众多医家对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的认识及研究，分析该病的病名、证型及内外治法，以期为临床提供多样、有效、系统的治疗方案。[方法] 以文献研究为基础,结合统计学方法，概括近5年来中医药治疗盆腔炎性后遗症的相关文献，对中医证型分类、中医内治法中经方使用情况、内外治法用药规律及综合治法分类进行频率统计。[结果]盆腔炎性疾病后遗症病机多以湿热、寒凝、血瘀等相互结合，常见的证候类型为湿热瘀结、气滞血瘀、寒湿凝滞、气虚血瘀等，采用中药内服、外敷、灌肠等多种治疗手法。中药内服治疗重在使用活血化瘀药、清热药、补虚药为主，经方常用桂枝茯苓丸、少腹逐瘀汤等，中药种类常用赤芍、延胡索、丹参等。外敷方中以赤芍、当归、没药使用最为频繁，灌肠方中以败酱草、红藤、丹参最为常用。[结论]现盆腔炎性疾病后遗症为中西医统一病名，中医治疗采用辨证论治，治疗形式多样，具有明确的优势和发展前景，但缺少统一、规范的疗效标准。

Literature Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment for Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases

[Objective] To elaborate and summarize the knowledge and research on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease by many physicians in recent years based on literature research, and to analyze the disease name, syndrome type and internal and external treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease, so as to provide a variety of effective and systematic treatment programs for clinical practice. [Methods] Literature research and statistical analysis were used to collate and summarize the related literatures on the treatment of pelvic inflammatory sequelae by traditional Chinese medicine in the past five years. [Result]The common syndromes of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease are damp-heat stagnation, Qi stagnation and blood stasis, cold-dampness stagnation, Qi deficiency and blood stasis, etc. The treatment focuses on the use of blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs, heat-clearing drugs and deficiency-tonifying drugs, and adopts many kinds of treatment methods such as oral administration, external application and enema of traditional Chinese medicine. [Conclusion] The sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease is the unified name of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. The treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease is based on differentiation of symptoms and signs, with various forms of treatment. It has clear advantages and development prospects, but lacks unified and standardized curative effect standards.
