早期子宫内膜癌有淋巴转移风险,但是否对所有患者均需行区域淋巴结切除仍有争议。可根据术前、术中的评估决定是否行淋巴结切除及何种范围的淋巴结切除。高危病例应该实施系统性淋巴结切除。
