| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中药丹参对妊娠高血压综合征(简称妊高征)患者血中超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、血栓素A_2(TXA_2)、前列环素I_2(PGI_2)及母体血压的影响。方法 用丹参治疗中度妊高征患者75例,观察患者的SOD、MDA、NO、ET、TXA_2、PGI_2、平均动脉压的变化情况。结果 治疗后患者血中SOD、NO、PGI_2、ET、MDA、TXA_2较前比较均有显著改善(P均<0.05);但治疗后母体平均动脉压变化及尿蛋白无显著下降(P>0.05)。结论 中药丹参对妊高征患者血中SOD、MDA、NO、ET、TXA_2、PGI_2有显著改善。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To determine effects of salvia injection (SI) on levels of maternal serum of SOD, MDA, NO, ET, TXA_2, PGI_2 and pregnant outcomes in patient with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH). Methods 75 women with moderate PIH were treated with SI, The maternal serum levels of SOD, MDA, NO, ET, TXA_2, and PGI_2 were and blood pressure and urine protein were monitored. Results There was a significant difference of SOD, MDA, NO, ET, TXA_2 and PGI_2 levels in maternal serum between before treatment and afer treatment(P<0.05) in patient groups. But the maternal blood pressure and urine protein showed no significant difference(P<0.05). Between before treatment and after treatment. Conclusion Our study shows that therapy of SI can well balance circulating levels of SOD, MDA, NO, ET, TXA_2 and PGI_2 in women with PIH. |
