| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨沐舒坦(盐酸氨溴索)雾化吸入佐治婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的疗效和安全性.方法 将临床确诊毛细支气管炎患儿85例随机分为对照组40例,采用抗病毒,吸氧,平喘及对症治疗,治疗组45例在此基础上加用沐舒坦7.5 mg,4次/d 进行雾化吸入,连用5～7 d.结果 治疗组治愈率(84.4%)明显优于对照组(65.0%),两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 雾化吸入辅助治疗毛细支气管炎可提高治愈率,缩短病程,安全、有效.

| Abstract: | Objective]To explore the curative effect and safety of Mucosolvan atomization inhalation in treating bronchiolitis of infants. Methods]85 cases of bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in the control group were treated with synthetic therapy,other 45 cases in the treatment group were treated with synthetic therapy combined with mucosolvan atomization inhalation(7.5mg,4 times/day) for 5 to 7 days.Results]The effective rate of the treatment group(84.4%) was obviously higher than that of the control group(65.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion]Mucosolvan atomization inhalation is safe and effective. |
