平衡计分卡在医保成本控制中的应用

目的 控制医保成本,力争实现患方、医方、保方"三赢".方法 以平衡计分卡为管理工具,从财务、患者、内部流程、学习与成长4个维度将控制医保成本这一战略目标转变为可衡量的目标和方法,实现医保成本控制.结果 建立了平衡计分卡医保成本控制评价指标体系,初步应用结果表明:出院人次、业务收入明显增长,人均住院天数、人均住院费用、药品比例一定程度降低.结论 医院应用平衡计分卡管理工具,可在保证医疗质量的前提下有效控制医保患者费用,提高医院的综合效益.

Health insurance costs control using balanced scorecard
