| 摘 要： | 目的观察生脉注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法对56例2型糖尿病并周围神经病变患者给予生脉注射液静脉滴注治疗4周,观察治疗前后神经病变的临床症状、体症的改变,周围神经功能测定的改变。结果治疗前后比较临床症状改善率达80%左右,周围神经功能测定改变显著(P0.05)。结论生脉注射液是治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的一种有效安全的药物。
