| 摘 要： | 目的:观察寒立消贴敷剂治疗风寒湿痹型类风湿关节炎的临床疗效.方法:临床选择类风关节炎中医辨证属风寒湿痹型患者200例,采用抽签法随机分组选择病例.治疗组100例,对照组100例.治疗组采用基础用药加寒立消贴敷剂外贴肿痛关节,每日1次.对照组只采用基础用药,2组疗程均为15 d.结果:治疗组总有效率为94％,对照组为89％,2组比较,治疗组总有效率高于对照组.单项症状疗效:治疗组在消肿、止痛方面的作用明显优于对照组,统计学差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论:寒立消贴敷剂是治疗风寒湿痹型类风湿关节炎安全有效的药物.
