| 摘 要： | 目的:建立同时测定中药苦黄注射剂中生物碱的含量方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法同时在线检测4个生物碱类活性化合物,通过实验优选出最佳的流动相组成,流速和检测波长.结果:4个生物碱的标准曲线显示很好的线性关系,该检测方法精密度好、稳定性和重复性好、分析效率高.结论:本方法简便易行,可用于该类生物碱的同时测定,对控制苦黄注射剂的质量具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a simultaneous determination method for four alkaloids in kuhuang injection.Methods: A high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to simultaneously determine the contents of four alkaloids on line.The best mobile phase composition,flow rate and detection wavelength were optimized through experiments.Results: All calibration curves of the 4 alkaloids showed good linear regression within the test range.The method showed good precision,stability,reappearance and high-efficien... |
