摘    要:目的:探讨脑出血患者急性期血浆或血清7种神经肽含量变化及其临床意义。方法:用放免方法检测54例脑出血患者血冻或血清中心钠素(ANP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)、胃泌素(Gt)、胰高血糖素(Gc)、神经降压素(NT)、神经肽Y(NPY)及精氨酸加压素(AVP)含量,并对部分患者进行连续观察。结果:Gc、AⅡ、AVP含量增高,NT、NPY降低,Gt、ANP未见改变。按出血量、出血部位分组比较7种神经肽含量未见显著性差异。结论:神经肽含量改变与脑出血量、出血部位之间关系不明显;观察Gc、AVP含量对预测疾病进程会有帮助。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical significance of changes in neuropeptides in patients with cerebral hemorrhage during acute stage. MethodsPlasma or serum neuropeptides including artrial natriuretic peptide (ANP),angiot ens in Ⅱ (A Ⅱ),gastrin (Gt),glucagon (Gc),neurotensin (NT),neuropeptide Y(NPY) an d arginine vasopressin (AVP) levels were measured in 54 patients with cerebral h emorrhage by radioimmunoassay,and serial measurements were made in a part of pa tients. ResultsPlasma Gc,AⅡ and AVP levels increased,while NT and NPY level s decreased,and no marked changes in Gt and ANP were found in these patients.N o significant differences in contents of the seven peptides were found between t wo groups as categorized by bleeding volume and location. ConclusionsThese dat a indicate that changes in the seven peptide contents seem to be not significan tly related with both amount and location of cerebral bleeding.It will be help ful to determine Gc and AVP levels for monitoring the disease course.
