珠海市金湾区1998～2004年恶性肿瘤流行病学分析

目的 探讨珠海市金湾区恶性肿瘤发病情况，揭示其发病原因，为有关部门制定肿瘤防治规划提供依据。方法应用统一软件对有关资料进行处理，并采用标化减寿率(SPYLL)、截缩死亡率指标来衡量恶性肿瘤对金湾区居民健康的危害程度。结果金湾区恶性肿瘤发病率逐年递增。死亡病例居高不下，其中肝癌、支气管癌、食道癌、胃癌的死亡率较高，占总死亡率的65．44％。结论要针对当地经济情况和居民生活方式来制定肿瘤防治规划与策略，加强防癌宣传，提高居民抗癌意识。

Analysis of malignancy epidemiology in jinwan district from 1998 to 2004

[Objective] To research into the situation of malignancy paroxysm and discover the causes of malignancy to provide materials for concerned departments to make plans of malignancy prevention and treatment. [Methods] To dispose concerned data with unified software and scale how hard malignancy do harm to the health of the residents of Jinwan District with SPYLL and Interceptive death rate. [Results] The incidence of malignancy increases year by year and the death rate stays high. The death rare of liver cancer, bronchus cancer, esophagus cancer and tummy cancer is relatively high, taking up 65.44 percent of the total death rate. [Conclusion] Plans and strategy of tumors prevention and treatment should be made according to the local economic situation and residents living ways. Propaganda of cancer prevention should be intensified. The consciousness of residents cancer resistance should be improved.
