单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎药物联合治疗的临床观察

目的评价华蟾素联合阿糖胞苷注射液和无环鸟苷滴眼液治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效。方法将186例(200只眼)单纯疱疹性病毒角膜炎患者随机分为治疗组106例和对照组94例,治疗组采用静脉滴注华蟾素、结膜下注射阿糖胞苷注射液和结膜囊滴用无环鸟苷滴眼液联合治疗。对照组采用上述三种治疗方法中的一种或两种。结果治疗组第一疗程治疗时间最长10天,最短3天,平均6天痊愈,治愈率为94.3％,而对照组治疗时间最长40天,最短7天,平均15．2天,治愈率为64．9％,两组相比差异有显著性(P<0．05)。结论本方法能明显缩短疗程,减少瘢痕形成,提高治愈率。

Clinical observation of combined therapy with drugs for herpes simplex keratitis

Objective To evaluate the effect of combined therapy with cinobufotalinnr, Cytarabine and acyclovir for herpes simplex keratitis. Methods The 186 patients( including 200 eyes) of herpes simplex keratitis were randomly divided into two groups, the 106 cases in study group were treated with cinobufotalin intravenous drip, subconjunctival cytarabine, and acyclovir conjunctival sac drop. The 94 cases in control group were treated with one or two of the three methods. Results The average treatment period is 6 days(3-10) in study groups, 15.2 days(7-40) in control groups, the cure rates at firth phase is 94.3% in study groups, 64.9% in control groups, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusions This method of combined therapy with drugs can shorten the therapeutic course, reduce the formation of scar, and increase the cure rate.
