食管癌术后并发症临床分析

目的探讨食管癌患者术后常见并发症临床诊治分析。方法回顾性分析我院113例食管癌患者术后并发症的临床资料。结果有20例食管癌患者术后出现不同的并发症,其中吻合口瘘4例,占20.0%,肺部并发症共6例,占30.0%,心律失常3例,占15.0%,切口感染3例,占15.0%,吻合狭窄与出血2例,占10.0%,乳糜胸1例,占5%,胃排空障碍1例,占5%,有1例因发生吻合口瘘合并感染性休克将抢救无效死亡,有1例肺部感染出现呼吸呼吸衰竭经抢救无效死亡,其余经治疗,病情得到有效控制,痊愈出院。结论食管癌根治术后并发症以吻合口瘘、肺部并发症多见,且为主要死亡原因,严格规范手术操作,是预防并发症的主要措施。早发现、早治疗、加强营养支持可以提高食管癌根治术后并发症治愈率。

Clinical Analysis of Postoperative Complications

Objective Common complications of esophageal cancer patients clinical analysis. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital 113 cases of postoperative complications in patients with esophageal cancer clinical data. Results 20 cases of esophageal cancer patients with varying complications, including anastomotic leakage in 4 cases, accounting for 20.0%, pulmonary complications in 6 patients, accounting for 30.0%, arrhythmia in 3 cases, 15.0%, wound infection in 3 eases, 15.0%, consistent with the narrow and bleeding in 2 cases, accounting for 10.0%, chylothorax in 1 case, 5%, delayed gastric emptying in 1 case, 5%, 1 cases of anastomotic fistula with septic shock to the rescue died, 1 case of pulmonary respiratory infection died from respiratory failure, and the remaining untreated, the disease has been effectively controlled, discharged. Conclusion Esophageal carcinoma with postoperative complications of anastomotic leakage, pulmonary complications more common, and as the main cause of death, strict standard operation, the main measures to prevent complications. Early detection and early treatment, nutritional support can improve the cure rate of postoperative complications of esophageal carcinoma.
