| 摘 要： | 目的分析并总结如何减少产后子痫的发生以及如何保证母婴健康。方法总结2007年12月至2010年12月期间本院收治的12例产后子痫患者的临床资料。结果本组12例患者资料中,11例产后子痫的患者剖宫产术后,经对症治疗与护理后,母婴均身体健康,平安出院。1例由于入院较晚,抢救无效死亡。结论提高医护人员对妊高征临床护理能力,加强产后子痫的护理措施,对保证母婴安全具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze and summarize how to reduce the incidence of postpartum vclampsia as well as how to ensure maternal and child health. Methods From December 2007 to December 2010 admitted to our hospital during the 12 cases of postpartum eclampsia in patients with clinical data. Results The data in 12 patients, 11 cases of postpartum eclampsia in patients after cesarean section, after symptomatic treatment and care, maternal and child are healthy and safe discharge. 1 case of late admission, she died. Conclusion To improve health care for pregnancy-induced hypertension clinical care capacity, strengthen postpartum eclampsia care measures, to ensure that safe motherhood is important. |
