| 摘 要： | 目的：研究自体骨髓移植治疗兔Perthes病模型的结果。方法：抽取5－7ml自体骨髓，结合钻孔减压植入Perthes病模型。结果：自骨髓移植组坏死骨昨较空白对照的活跃，骺后伤处可见少量软骨细胞，单纯钻孔组以纤维修复为主，结论：自体骨髓移植治疗兔Perthes病模型的坏死骨修复有一定的帮助，但不能修复钻也所造成的骺板损伤。
