生殖道感染干预工程对计划生育服务机构服务能力影响的研究

目的评价生殖道感染干预工程对试点县、乡计划生育服务机构能力的影响,为干预方案的实施效果评价提供基本依据。方法于干预前后统一发放调查问卷,调查江西省4个县及所属乡计划生育服务站(所)的技术人员、设备设施、生殖道感染干预工作开展情况及相关业务收入。资料整理、分析使用spss10·0统计软件。结果干预后计划生育服务机构的人员职称、学历结构有所改善,其中初、中级职称比例由干预前38·8%和19·4%上升为47·5%和39·6%,无职称比例由干预前40·8%下降为12·9%;硬件设施的配备得以加强,能开展生殖道感染检测的服务机构增加;其他业务收入有所增长,将生殖健康服务纳入计划生育日常工作已普遍被服务人员接受。结论各级计划生育服务机构通过生殖道感染干预工程的实施,提高了开展防治工作的能力。

Effect of Reproductive Tract Infection Intervening Project on the Service Ability of Family Planning

Objective: To assess effect of Reproductive Tract Infection (RTI) intervening project on service ability of family planning stations. Methods: The staff, equipments, progress on RTI intervening and income were investigated using questionnaire before and after RTI intervening project. Data were analyzed by software SPSS 10.0. Results: After intervening, the structure of staff professional title changed to some extent. The proportion of primary technical title rose from 38.8% to 47.5%, while that of middle technical title rose from 19.4% to 39.6%. The proportion of non-professional title dropped from 40.8% to 12.9%. After acquiring equipments, more and more family planning stations had ability to carry out RTI test and reproductive healthy services were regarded as a part of daily work. Conclusion: Family planning stations are improving their ability of RTI preventing and treatment after carrying out RTI intervening project.
