1999~2012年内蒙古自治区碘缺乏病实验室外质控考核结果分析

摘    要:目的分析内蒙古自治区各级碘缺乏病实验室外质控考核结果及网络运行情况,为自治区碘缺乏病监测评估提供了质量保障。方法对1999~2012年内蒙古自治区各级碘缺乏病实验室参加国家碘缺乏病参照实验室的外质控考核结果进行统计学分析。结果 14年来,内蒙古自治区级碘缺乏病实验室尿碘和盐碘考核合格率均为100%,盟市级盐碘实验室有10年考核合格率为100%,其余年份均有不合格的实验室,盟市级尿碘实验室7年考核合格率为100%,其余年份均有不合格的实验室,旗县级盐碘实验室只有5年的考核合格率为100%,其余各年的均有不合格的实验室。盟市级碘缺乏病实验室考核合格率要高于旗县级。结论大部分盟市和旗县级碘缺乏病实验室检测能力和质量有了大幅度提高,部分盟市级尿碘和旗县级实验室结果不容乐观,实验室设备有待完善、人员检测能力有待进一步提高。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the examination results of external quality assessment (EQA) at all levels of iodine deficiency disorders (IDD) laboratories in Inner Mongolia and the network operation to further standardize and improve the laboratory examinations, thus to provide reliable laboratory quality assurance for surveillance and control of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods The examination results of EQA at all levels of IDD laboratories in Inner Mongolia were statistically analyzed in accordance with the National Reference Laboratory of IDD (1999-- 2012). Results In the past 14 years, the rates of examination result of urinary iodine and iodized salt were 100% at the provincial level. At the municipal level, the rates of examination result of urinary iodine were 100% in 10 years and the rates of the examination result of iodized salt were 100% in 7 years. In the other years, the rates were disqualified. At the county level, the rates of the examination result of iodized salt were 100% in 5 years. Conclusions The testing ability and quality have been promoted in most iodine deficiency disorders laboratories at all levels, but the results in some laboratories are not satisfactory. Therefore, the laboratory equipment and personal testing ability still need to be improved.
