药品降价政策对药品用量和药品费用的影响

目的：为了评价药品降价政策对药品用量和药品费用的影响。方法：选取2001年上海市47家医院的购进药品作为代表药品，把与降价有关的品种的用量单位折算成DDDs（限定日剂量）。把与降价品种剂型相同的未降价药品作为其参比品种，并把片剂与胶囊、颗粒剂与干混悬剂、混悬剂、干糖浆也作为参比剂型，分别计算各个降价品种和参比品种降价前后的用量费用。结果：降价品种和参比品种的总用量与总费用在降价后都有所下降。结论：本次药品降价政策对控制药品用量和药品费用真情以了积极的作用。

Effect of Declining Price Policy for Pharmaceuticals on Its Quantity and Expenditure

Objectives: To evalvate the effect of declining price policy for pharmaceuticals on its quantity and expenditure. Methods: Purchased drugs in 47 hospitals in Shanghai in 2001 were selected as the sample. Quantity of each drug related to the policy was converted into DDDs. Identic drugs with same dosage form with price - declined drugs were regarded as refernece drugs, tablet and capsule, granule, suspension and syrup were also regarded as reference forms. Calculate quantity and expenditure of price - declined drugs and reference drugs before and after declining price policy. Results: Quantity and expenditure of price - declined drugs and reference durgs declined after declining price policy. Conclusion: The declining price policy for pharmaceuticals had postitve effect on its quantity and expenditure.
