| 摘 要： | 目的]了解上海市某社区居民的生活质量现况,探索居民(特别是慢性病患者)生活质量的影响因素,为相关部门制定干预策略提供参考。方法]采用横断面调查法,对1 201名社区居民进行社会人口学特征、日常生活行为等情况调查,并使用中文版SF-36量表测试调查对象的生活质量。结果]调查对象的慢性病患病率为54.6%,慢性病患者的生活质量明显低于健康居民。影响居民生活质量的主要因素包括年龄、婚姻状况、家庭经济状况和睡眠质量等。结论]慢性病对居民生活质量的影响巨大,采取有针对性的社区健康干预、疏导、支持和认知疗法等干预措施,对提高他们的生活质量具有重要的作用。
