疾病预防控制中心工作模式的思考

为探讨新时期区级疾病预防控制中心的目标任务及今后的工作设想与发展方向，文章收集了近年来各级政府文件、会议精神及本单位职工的学历、职称资料，结合本区情况进行分析。结果发现，疾病控制中心职工40岁－年龄组占49．6％；学历：大专以上占52．5％，中专／高中占47．8％，初中占7．0％；专业技术职称：高级占5．2％，中级占24．4％，初级占70．4％。通过分析认为为完成疾病控制中心防病目标任务，必须加强法制宣传，提高法制意识；动员全社会参与，树立预防为主“大卫生”观念，始终把社会效益放在首位；增加筹资力度，发展防病事业；加速人才培养，实施优化组合；重视科技，喜结成果；深入基层，面向社区，开创防病新格局。

Thinking of Work Model of Center for Disease Prevention and Control

To discuss work target and task of center for disease prevention and control at district level and development tendency. We have collected governmental documents at different level, meeting gist and personnel's academic diploma and professional title and analyzed these materials combined with local situation. The results show that the proportion of personnel aged 40 and above is 49.6%. The proportion of personnel with college education level and above is 43.5%. The proportion of personnel with high school education level is 49.5 and the proportion of personnel with middle school education level is 7.0%. The proportion of personnel with senior professional title is 5.2%. The proportion of personnel with middle level professional title is 24.4%. The proportion of personnel with primary professional title is 70.4%. To complete task of CDC that is disease prevention, we should strengthen propagation of law to improve conception of law, mobilize the whole society to participate to set up general health conception and give people's benefit and social benefit a fist priority, intensify financing, advance the talent's training to implement optimization, emphasis science and technique, going down to community to creative new form of disease prevention.
